Vodacom
Still cannot remove softlock after 4 DAYS!

Called Vodacom customer care on Saturday 11 January to have my temporary voluntary limit increased to enable me to utilize my cell phone as its intended purpose of making calls. The call center agent assured me that my line will be unlocked within 1 to 6 hours. I checked later that evening and found nothing working. I called Vodacom again the next morning, Sunday 12 January, to find out what is happening. The call center agent just repeated that I should wait because the line unlock is pending. I then called in again later that afternoon and I got told the same thing, to wait. I then called AGAIN the Monday, 13 January, morning to only listen to the same advice about waiting for line to be unlocked. Then I called Vodacom that afternoon at about 16h40 and spoke to Philemon Lemao. He then told me the same thing that I should wait for the line to unlock. If it does not unlock I should contact Vodacom the next day to have my line unlocked. Well, I called Vodacom again today, 14 January 2014, and spoke to call center agent Phozisa Ngodwana. She then advised me to increase my call limit once again, which I did, and assured me, once again, that my line will be unlocked. I am still waiting.
