virgin mobile phoned me to inform me that the last payment will go off on the 1st of February
I fail to understand why I have to give four months notice, it just seems virgin active will deliberately provoke you
If you want massive frustration in your life, get a virgin mobile contract
They can't help you because they also don't know what they are doing
