I cancelled my contract with virgin mobile on the 1st of November 2013, it was accepted and nobody said anything about this date or that date, absolutely nothing NOTHING was mentioned...
now today tshireletso phones me and advises me that the contract will only expire end of January and I'm still liable to pay the full subscription for January, needless to say that I've had about the worst time with virgin mobile, the is a bunch of ignorant people working there
the office number on the website does not even exist, you phone that number and it does not even ring
its also the second time that I've requested them to spell my name and address correct, for the past two years they could not even do that correct
if you want massive frustration in your life... get a virgin mobile contract
