9 days without service - no response or feedback

My line has been down for 9 days since I reported it to Telkom. A technician came out the next day, left without saying a word - I have been in contact with Telkom and Mweb now everyday without any response or feedback. Every time the case gets "escalated" and I am assured that someone will contact me, but no has since.

It's utter poor service and I have no idea how long the line will be down or what the fault is.
