My Name is Maanea Ramolefe, i had a 24 month contract with vodacom for 072 8944 928 number, the account was opened at Game Store in pretoria central, the contract was suppose to end in November 2013. When i call in in October 2013 to give notice i was told that someone upgraded my account, when i futher i ask i was told thta it was a fraudelent upgrade, i was requested to send in an affidavit as well as my certified copy wich ID, and i did, i receive an sms immediatly that i will receive feedback within 24 hours, two forensic guys called to ask some qoestions and promise to come back to me with the feed back, i have not revceve any feef back fron Vodacom even today, when i called in yesterday (17/12/2013) i was told that my upgrade was reversed but i going to pay grade subscription for 24 months for an amont of - R899 per month until November 2015, i was assisted by the lady by the name of Nomsa.
My worry now is how can i pay for the upgrade that i did not activate, and if my upgrade was reversed how do i continue to pay the monthly subscription, pls assit me to stop this ugrade because it was a and something thai i did not do, and i cannot afford to pay it.
