Bill for R1000???

Every month my bill is about R400 to R500, all of a sudden when I upgraded last week, my bill went over R1000. It's impossible!!! They wanna tell me from Thursday upto Tuesday I spent about R300 a day, HOW??? The guy from the Call Centre want to tell me I sent sms's from Thursday to Today for R1000, I'm stunned, tell me how please, how many must I sent in 6 days to reach R1000???!!! From the day I wanted to upgrade until today, I had only problems problems and more problems. I'm done with Vodacom, been your loyal customer for 11 years, but where is your loyalty? I want this bill sorted out, before the end of this day (18 December 2013) and then I'm cancelling my contract, I'm fed up!!! I'll rather go to another network, THIS was the last straw I'm taking!
