The phone has been in for repairs 3 times now the first time they told me it was the battery then I bought a new battery that cost R370 then the second time they told me it was the motherboard then they replaced it and a month later I had the same problem it gets worse every time it was repaired, now they sent the phone back from the Advanced repair centre and came back that there is no fault but they email me it MIGHT be the charger or the battery I have given in the battery and charger twice and then yesterday Vodacom tells me they never sent away the charger or the battery what is the use then of sending everything they told me that they checked the battery themselves at centurion Vodacom and that there is no problem and then tell me maybe it's the battery or the charger? I replaced the battery 4 months a go and now I must get a charger and maybe it will work what is the point then to send your phone in for repairs??? My phone also had to stay over night and I phoned them they told me in a hour and a half my phone has charged 3% so after 16 hours and a half of charging it is full das that sound normal an Samsung Galaxy S3 takes 16 over hours to charge full???
