Phone Board Bent

I booked in my N8 Nokia at Vodacare Polokwane on the 09/10/2013 and i rejected a quote then after 4 days i called in again to book it in, after 1- 2 weeks i checked it wasn't booked in when i spoke to Dudu. She booked it in on the day i called her now on the 29th i called in again they sad they can't fix it due to Board bent and B.E.T which i dont know what it means. i went in to pick it up but as soon as i got into my car some parts of my phone fell off then i spoke to 1 of the technicians and he told me the battery expanded that's why the parts are falling apart. he even threw it outside...

1st measures to be taken when booking a phone in is ''battery must be taken out''
2nd measures customer must be told about battery if the phone is ready for collection and not being repaired.
3rd It must not be inside the phone due to chances of expanding.

i believed it was in good hands hence they're service provider!
