We went to MTN Jakaranda Centre to apply for an additional contract. On Monday morning we received a cal that it was declined. After asking why (they will find out) I was advised that there is some issue and they will submit to vetting again. I was then told that there is "something with legal" that was not paid in 2005. We took out an additional contract in 2012 and there was no mention of this. This has now been submitted for vetting and declined 3 times. The store assistant told me that vetting told him to please do not submit it again, they will sort it out with legal.

Tomorrow is Thursday. I am leaving for Mozambique on Monday and I need this sorted out by 5PM on Friday.

If not I will take the 5 contracts we have at the moment somewhere else. I need the 24 month contracts made null and void, so that I can move my numbers to another Service Provide, as at the moment MTN is a "No Service Provider"

I challenge you to sort this out by close of business tomorrow, and please do not send me a copy and paste response that you provide for all other complaints.
