Poor Customer Service

I have received extremely poor service from the Simmonds Street branch. They provided little to no support with my request for assistance?
I have 3 vodacom contracts viz; cell phone, wifi & a 3G. My 3G micro sim was locked. I requested assistance to try to unlock the mico sim. I was told that they cannot assist with a micro sim. I was told that I must find someone that has a phone with a micro sim & insert the sim in the phone & try to fix it.
They could have called the 111 number on my behalf & assisted me or even logged onto the system to provide with additional details to assist as I had the sim & my I'd with me.
I am extremely disappointed with the service & lag of assistance by the Simmons street Vodafone shop.
