After being stressed by an incompetence consultant who did not order a micro sim for my new handset on my cellphone upgrade, I called Vodacom Upgrade section & I was assisted by Gift who informed me that it would take a couple of days for my new micro sim to be delivered to me unless if I purchase it at the Vodashop. So I went to Vodacom Customer Care in Gateway on 25-06-2013. I was assisted by Vaneshree Govender. While I got seated infront of her she was chatting in her phone with somebody whom she notified quickly that she had a customer to attend to. I greeted her & stated that I was told to buy a micro sim for my new handset. She had a few things to check for me in her computer system. She informed me to follow her to the payment section. When I got there I noticed that the guy who works there was busy fiddling with his phone while we waited. I paid for my micro sim & I left. When I openned the package at home I discovered that it was wrong sim card. I drove all the way from Verulam to Gateway & waisted my petrol for someone to sell me a wrong product. I had to go back the next day to change it & she initially denied that it was her fault. I had to ask for her useless superiors
