I was offered an upgrade on my contract whereby I informed the agent that I am waiting for the client service department of Vodacom to call me back and she then replied that she is from Vodacom Direct and can help me with an upgrade. My request was loaded the Samsung S4's on my 082 556 8269 & 082 557 4588 numbers. On the other contract 0726797990 I told her that this is for my daughter and are not sure what phone she wants, she then offered a call back the next day and I agreed and told her to go ahead with the other 2 upgrades whereby she agreed. She went through the upgrade script and I had to agree to the amounts on contracts and to the offer. No where in our conversation did she mention that this offer would first need to be screened for approval, it was a clear accepted offer to upgrade. No tracking number was send No where in her script was it ever mentioned that there might be some factors that will hinder me to upgrade. If my profile was a problem then your data was not cleaned properly. Legally I have the right to the upgrade as this was already approved on our conversation. I now request my upgrade to be processed as per my agreements with Preveshny on the 26/06/2013 9:00.
