Good Day

i took up a new contract with cell c in march, nothing has ever been right since i took up the new BlackBerry Z10.
01) the sim card given was faulty and after multiple attempts to activate the phone i failed, i took it to the cell c shop in carlton centre where i had to do a simswap and got charged R84.00 and logged a call with cell c and emailed them my invoice twice for a refund and to date i am still waiting.
02) i logged another call querying the usage of my data and on number of occasions i was told that these a smart internet using up my data but no one can tell what that is and how to stop it and its been three months now and my data still disappears although i have minutes remaining the usage would go into my rand bill.
03) on the 24-05-2013 i called in again spoke to a consultant who advised me that the discount offered with the contract was not loaded and i am being charged for it, i was also advised by the consultant that my billing information is incorrect as i'm not being billed what was promised when i took up the contract.

i would really like for all these queries to be sorted as soon as possible as it has been too long now.
