Cell C Call Centre incorrect information contract

I applied for a new Cell C contract through the call centre in the beginning of march 2013. Cell C delivered me the Samsung galaxy S3 mini as it was the most cost effect package. I have heard that the samsuangs galaxy are very expensive with data usage. A week later I called Cell C & requested that they place a DATA CAP on my phone to the value of 500mb. when speaking to the call centre agent who logged the query my questions were. Is this CAP only for DATA will it not have any affect on my Minutes or Sms's, he said no. It will only stop you from using data once you have reached your cap you will be able to call out and send messages as usual. 2 weeks later i could not call out and received a message from Cell C stating that due to the data cap that i put on my phone all minutes, messages &data will be soft locked on my phone until payment was made on 31 march 2013. However this was not what was explained to me when i intitally did it. I requested numerous times throughout march that the cap be lifted for April. Payment was made. It is the 8 april and the phone has been softlocked again and they refuse to lift the data cap. Cell C shocking Service & no way 2 treat long clients!
