I changed from my old provider to vodacom thinking it would go better, first issue went to apply for a laptop contract after I got my cell, they said in the store everything is approved they just waiting for stock. After 2 weeks not hearing anything went back and they said I have to wait 3 months before I can apply, after they said it was approved that's just poor. Secondly wanted to find out today about that trade in the s3 for s4 and everybody had a different story, called the call centre 3 times and 4 different vodashops form cresta, east, west and south gate, in the call centre they first said yes I can trade it for the s4 then no its only for new contract and only for upgrades vodashops same thing also different stories but the best of all the shop in cresta keep calling going through to sales the just pick up the phone and drop it directly. Really disappointed in the service and knowledge of there products cant wait for the contract to end so I can cancel it and I'm not the only one friends and family also fed up.
