Sick and tired incompetence

I visted your vodacom shop at clearwater mall to apply for a new contract. I was a approved but unfortunately th phone I requested was out of stock and I decided to wait till after christmas to re apply.

When visiting your shop at kolennade today I was surprised not to find any desks or seats when being consulted by your staff. And to find that your application form with all your private details were taken to the back behind closed doors to be entered into the system. Which it show because most of the details were entered incorrectly and in the wrong fields. My application (no ICA 1395774) was declined because my postal code was entered into my monthly income field which is NOW R82.00!!! Are you having a laugh!!!

Now I have been informed that I will not be able ro reapply for a new contract until after 6 months because my application which was entered by an incompetent person was declined on your systems!! I have all the proof and will be happy to fax this to you or publish this on the web for everyone to see how incompetent vodacom staff are. I will even take this to the papers!

I want this dealt with as soon as possible!! What an embarressment for me and for vodacom!
