LEETER FOR DEBT COLLECTION

I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM TELKOM MOBILE WHICH STATE THAT I HAVE AN ACCOUNT OF 2 SAMSUNG GALAXY ON EITA, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THE WORSE PART I NEVER LOOSE MY ID, I DO HAVE IT RIGHT NOW. THEY SAY THEY CANT TRACE WHO DID OPEN IT AND WHERE THEY ONLY KNOW THAT IS WAS THE 29 MAY 2013 WHICH IS STRANGE, THEY ALSO HAVE MY CORRECT BANKING DETAILS AND THE DATE FOR THE DEBIT ORDER. I AM SO STRESSED RIGHT NOW COZ MY HUBSAND BELIEVE THIS WE BROKE UP.AND THEY TELLING ME TO GO AND MAKE AFFIDAVIT BUT I HAVE EXPLAINED THAT THERE IS NO NEAREST POLICE STATION WHERE I AM NOW.I ASKEDM TO CANCELL THIS BEFORE THE DEBIT ORDER WENT THROUGH BECAUSE IT MY PAY DAY TODAY THEY SAID THEY CANT DO THAT I MUST FIRST SEND THEM AFFIDAVTHERE IS NO HELP AT ALL FROM THEM AND I'M ECTING THEY ARE THE ONE WHO OPENED THIS ACCOUNT, MAYBE THEY HAVE MY DETAILS FROM MTN BECAUSE I HAVE CONTRACT WITH MTN
