After winning a R100 voucher on the competition that was ran on one of shoprite's xmas leaflets. I did as the sms indicated and went to my nearest store to collect and it had some miss understandings. It seems as the local branches were not briefed about it. The front manager kept me waiting for her to assist me. she left me waiting on the floor and when I asked people on the floor to call her for me was told she is too busy and what she was doing was too important. A security guy by name of Thabo Sadiki came and harassed me accusing me of standing in the place where customers are not allowed, yet there is no sign indicating that I must not stand there. After an hour the frontline manager came and I explain my ordeal with a security and she laughed at it. She said nothing wrong with what security did and I deserve it.
