I am writing this to compliment your floor staff from the ladies at the tills to the security on duty and the floor managers.

I religiously by the office milk twice a week at the Shoprite Golden Acre branch, and on this particular morning, 2 weeks ago on a Friday, as most morning go, when everything is rushed and you dont know up from down i had forgotten my wallet at the till.
When arriving at work, needing to get my access permit out at the gates, that freaky sinking feeling of my wallet is on the counter fell over me..worse case scenario i need to reapply for my drivers license, medical aid card .. all these cards which actually tie up our lives in unnecessary stress... forget about the cash and another card from another supermarket i shall not name.
needless to say on arriving at the Shoprite's floor front offices i said too floor security lady i had just forgotten my wallet at a till if she could inquire if anyone had brought it to the floor manager office... she politely took me to the manager who promptly verified who i was from what was in the wallet and smiled saying "we were looking for you"... LOL

So please convey my sincere gratitude to your staff.
