I Pre-ordered and paid for a PS4 and Call of Duty Ghosts on the 29th of November 2013 on the CNA on-line site and the goods were supposed to be delivered on the 13th of December. I phoned CNA Customer Care Service (0860 262 289) on the 12th of December to confirm the delivery. I am currently on Holiday
but my son for whom these items were purchased stayed at home waiting for this order. On 13 December I phoned them again. They kept on giving me different reports on where the goods were and when it will be delivered. On Saturday I got the number of the Courier they use and they confirmed that they have not received the goods and that I must phone on Tuesday 17 December. I have been phoning and e-mailing Edcon, CNA Customer Services and the Courier and everybody promises to get back to me. Up until this moment nobody has phoned me back. In my e-mail I asked Edcon for my money back as I can now walk in and buy the console and game from any other store and why do one Pre-order if you do not receive it on the day promised on the website. Edcon head office refused to put me through to a Manager or any other Senior person and kept telling me that such a person will call me back.
