2 years back I complained about them on this patform and they responsed positivey. In 2011 was invoved in an accident to which the tracker did n't see they wanted me to pay for the two months after my accident which I did. Now I apparently owe R1000 ; i want my name cleared immediately because I was supposed to have been refunded for the money I paid after the care was declared a written off after the accident which they claimed form my name. it is now the 3rd year I'm with another insurance and a another car but they still caim my money.
Their service was not good because my car stayed for a week in a scrap yard after the accident and they coud not pick up anything wrong with that, they are useless in my opinion.
