Refusal to Repair Installation

Ordered and paid for a roller shutter door with a silent motor (paid extra for that!), yet Maxidor installed a motor that wakes the entire house. Nobody takes responsibility, have had the sales rep out twice, he sent the technician who took 3 weeks to arrive (after numerous follow ups from me), he inspected and went to discuss with the manager who never bothered to respond. Called the rep numerous times to be told his manager, who was sitting opposite him, will call back as soon as they are finished their meeting, yet that is about 6 weeks ago. Called the complaints lady who was going to investigate and respond, yet she didn't bother calling back. Called the general manager but he was unavailable and was going to call back the next day and that is now 2 weeks ago. Totally useless and disgusting service!
