I have owned my car for 3 years. my first two years i was insured with another company and i never once had to claim from them. This year was a string of bad luck. I had a small bumper bash in a car park where i was at fault. then recently i had another accident where someone else was at fault. That accident was a big one and had me wihout a car for a month. just after getting it back i need to have a windscreen replaced which was quite quick.
Although everything took longer than i wanted i was not left inconvenienced. Even when i had an issue with the car company that gave me the rental car, I had them raise the problem as well. All in all i realised that when that dreaded accident comes one day, you should be glad that you have good insurance and good staff that help make the whole process less stressful.
