I contacted ADT on the 25/04/2013 to report a fault on my burglar alarm system installed by them. The agent arranged an appointment for the 27/04/2013 at 9:30am and emailed confirmation with a reference number 250413-966. On the morning of the 27th the agent did not arrive and multiple calls to his cell number remained unanswered. I then called ADT again to be told that the service call out did not exist and I should phone again on the Monday. At this point I decided to seek another company that actually was interested but no-one will touch the alarm while I'm under ADT security. To date my house is unsecure as I cannot activate my alarm and should anything happen I will be holding ADT responsible.
