HISENSE HAS DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

I bought a Hisense 345L Combi Fridge from Makro, Toti beginning of Nov 2013. A month ago, the fridge freezer plate started icing up and now has a massive chuck of ice stuck to the back of the freezer plate, the ice has welded the shelf to the freezer plate now. I phoned Makro, spoke to Nozipho, PROMISED to assist - 2 weeks later, NO help given.
I phoned Hisense on (031) 563-0139, dealt with Joanna, customer/consumer relations, on Monday 3rd Feb, she said her technicians would be at my premises that day, no-one pitched. I phoned Hisense AGAIN the next day, again a technician was promised - again no-one pitched or phoned. 3rd day of phoning Hisense now and Joanna PROMISED her technician would be there by 11am - NO-ONE phoned and no-one pitched!!! I phoned Joanna AGAIN at Hisense now on the 4th day of NO service, she gave the excuse the driver was stuck in Stanger and AGAIN PROMISED he would be there Friday morning - how long must I be given empty promises??? I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY OR RECOMEND AND HISENSE PRODUCT WHATSOEVER - TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE BACKUP SERVICE, SHOCKING TO BE FRANK - Consumer Protection route I will be going now!!
