Took my Hisense Lcd tv in for repairs which is still under guarantee, waited 2 weeks and was told to collect today... when I got there and they tested tv... it was still faulty... then I was told by the store manager Nizaam that he would make sure I receive a new tv today... only to get told by him that Hisense Management refuses to replace tv... but wants it to go back to repair centre and be fixed for a second time... Pathetic... I think they have incompetent technicians and would like a new tv... because who says it will work properly again... Hisense management and Technicians deliver bad service and I would like all to know not to buy a Hisense product again if this continues... I will go all out to make it known... in the paper... Thanx...
