First National Bank
Very dissapointed

I always get good service from fnb but now when i realy need it i dont get any. first a consutant phones me and then tells me we must stop the application cause someone else will phone me. i phone back and wait a whole hour on the phone and after problably 8 other phone calls do the application. then they phone me for documents that i have given before and not needed in the past. i fax the documents and another day goes by before they reques more documents after another day i get phoned and told its approved. now still waiting third day in the past i had it done in a day. i get transferred to a place where they never anser the phone ever. so almost how many hours on the phone and one consultant after the other, one more rude than the other i am stilled not helped. i moved to fnb because of the great service, but now it doesnt seem so great anymore
