Account debited but ATM did not dispense cash

On the 05/03/2013 I went to ABSA ATM at Krugersdorp to withdraw R1500, the ATM did not dispense money it gave me an error message"communication error", but my account has been debited, I went to the branch to query the transaction, I was told it will reverse within 48 hours, till today the money is not reversed, I phoned the headoffice yesterday to query this transaction with them, I was told to go to the branch, I cannot afford to go to the branch on a daily basis to query this transaction, I will appreciate if this transaction can be reversed back into my account, cause its now 7 days still waiting for a refund, surely someone could pick this up that this was unsuccessful transaction and that these ATM was in the surplus of R1500.00. I will appreciate if these can be reversed asap, as I cannot wait another 7 days for this to be rectified, as the ATM get loaded. balanced on a daily basis, why should we wait so long for a refund. Awaiting your response
