Account debited but ATM did not dispense funds

On the 10/11/2013 I tried to withdraw 1500.00 from the ATM in Natal, the ATM did not dispense the funds however my account was debited, I went to the bank to query this, I was asked to complete the dispute form and I was told that the investigations will be done, it will take 2 weeks. Its more than 3 months that I have been waiting for an answer or for my money to be reversed.

I would like an URGENT response on this matter, as I cannot wait for a year for FNB to do their balancing on their ATM, surely that is done on a daily basis to my understanding.

Would you kindly reverse R 1500.00 back to my account is clearly your atm should have a surplus of that and it also should reflect that the account was unsuccessful. should the matter not been resolved with 24 hours i will have to take this up with the amboudman as it is far outstanding now, ..
