Standard bank was entrusted to be the executors of my late husband and my will.my husband passed away 2011.Since then, 3 different executors were dealing with this estate. We have received appalling service. We have been obtaining various documentation and getting all in order-doing their job. Due to incompetence and pathetic service we have lost out on policies that now won't pay due to expired dates. In addition a vehicle insurance policy was taken by standard bank with funds taken from the estate without my knowledge or consent. I thought this vehicle was uninsured and as a result have not driven it for a year. Bank made no attempt to gather all assets including the vehicle that they insured.the vehicle was couriered thurs from KZN to Gauteng during which the courier company had informed us the vehicle was badly damaged in an accident.this was reported to bank and to date have made no attempt to give answers to all my questions and to investigate this accident. I would like to deal with someone of authority and competency with all these issues. I refuse for the bank to be paid the full executor fee! I want this estate account and this matter resolved immediately - We still have no closure
