Hi.
After I've been harassed to pay my account and my name been handed over to the credit bureu I managed to pay my account in full of what I was owing. Now african bank is dragging their feet in issuing me with a paid up letter (letter stating that my account has been paid up in full) and its the very same letter that I will need to purchase things and now I can't because this bank won't give me this. This accoint was paid in full on the 27th dec 2012 and I was told that after the 9th I should be able to get the letter. Could u please assist me in getting this letter coz my things are on hold now.
