NO CALL BACK-I left my details online&via a call

I currently have a homeloan with Nedbank and so, I contacted FNB *switch* team to move to them, I left my details with a contact center personnel.. Who told me; I'll get a call back in 48 hours., after 5 days of no contact, I then completed their on line form, to be contacted back... And more than 8 working days later!!! *still no, service*... What happened to ALL the promises FNB makes about, making it easy for people to SWITCH???
