SWITCH CAMPAIGN - no service to back it up

I decided to switch from Standard bank to FNB with all their hype about the wonderful services they have to offer. Pity they dont have the team to support this offer. all of my details were taken in the first phone call, everything was approved. cards were delivered one at a time, each time proof of residence and ID had to be supplied. i am however still awaiting feedback on the credit card which i was told after my 3rd phone call that i must call tomorrow to escalate my application, this was last week friday and I am yet to be contacted with the progress of this switch. Maybe standard bank isnt that bad after all.
