Terrible service

I was call by the collections department from African Bank asking when my payment is gonna take place I told them ill personally come and pay on the 24th Dec 2013 and we agreed on that. Come the 17th african Bank went and debited my acount R506 and again on the 20th they debited me 2 time R1012 plus I went and payed R500 with out knowing they did that and when I asked for a refund they giving me a run around plus they call centre is also running a fake time limit they tell you your call will be answered in 45 min after 20 people on the line ahead of you only to find out ther is no such iv been holdind for almost 2hrs now and I'm calling with 3 phones
