I the African bank Call center on the 20.03.13 to ask if i can make arrangement on my Account and we agreed on R500.00 for the next three months starting on the end of March they should Debit R500.00 & they agreed and now on the 28.03.13 they Debited R1446.72 and the R500.00 i said they must debit.

And now when i call the Call center i am told that's what we agreed, you can go & do a retrieval of that call.

I hope someone can get back to me on this.
