On On the 11th of October I met with a bike accident and was rushed to hospital. I made one phone call from hospital and dial direct took care of the rest. This was such a refreshing experience to have an insurance company come to assist you that much. They took away all the stress and took control of this bad situation and made me a customer for life. My bike was picked up from the accident site by Dial direct while I was in hospital and sent to be repaired. Dial direct really put the humanity back into insurance.
