I was under Debt Review due to my fiance loosing a job. Have Bond account with Nedbank and after my fiance got a job and Nedbank shuffle my bond account. We went out of Debt review more than a year ago, as we could manage to pay full instlament on all our accounts and i was told that no arreas reflect on my bond account. I just open a cheque acc with Nedban as i thought it a good bank, why not to have all my things there?
I apply for a consolidation loan so that will owe them only. was told that my name reflect Mona Risk mean im a high risk customer. Condacted my debt badly. When i ask how long does that thing take to be removed, no one could tell me. only answer i got Nedbank will decide. Shockingly all my accounts including Nedbank home loan and credit card are up to date. What upset me the most, Why was i not told that im in bad books with them and what must i do to rectify.
Me and my fiance, my mom, my sister will close our account with Nedbank and leave bond only as we donts have choice and go open account, where we can be seen as GOOD customers. You donts being judge about something you did year ago. all my accounts are paid up to date. will never refer anyone to Nedban
