Just keeps getting worse

A couple of month ago I opened a Savvy account at this branch, I was there for over 2 hours and it was a battle and had to keep moving stations. The lady who helped me then forgot to order a amex card for me so I had to go back and pick up a second charge and was charged fees I was told that would be waivered. After all of this and sitting on the phone and going back and forth I decided to apply for my credit card online. I went to collect my cards today and again they couldn't encode my cards and again I was moved around to 4 different work station and when I spoke to the manager after being there for over an hour and being late to return to work, I was told that there was nothing they could do expect cut up the cards or give them to me inactivated. So now I have credit cards that I cant use. I had to leave to get back to work but am bitterly disappointed in Nedbank. I work from various premises and cant get these cards delivered. I am very aggravated and do not want to go into a Nedbank branch again. especially the Midlands Mall branch. Very ineffective. Apparently every time I go in the system and Veri-phones don't work.
