I have moved to FNB recently and to be honest it has been a painful and longwinded process (definitely NOT 10 minutes!!). However, one ray of sunshine today is that I eventually got to speak to a person and not a machine after numerous calls to try and deactivate an overdraft. Her name was Pamela in the e-Bucks department and she was outstanding, fast and sorted out all my issues even those not relevant to Ebucks. Compliments to you Pamela and thanks for all your help.
