POOR SERVICE FROM A BANK MANAGER!

I am a business account holder at ABSA for many years. Recently my account has been frozen and I wasn't notified, I had discovered it was frozen when payments had to be made, I wasn't given any notification, via sms email or Telephone that my FICA documents needed to be handed in. I had went in to Musgrave Branch and spoken to the Business Manager at the bank: AVESHNEE GOVENDER, Who had ensured me my account would be sorted out ASAP after I had all documents handed in, Few days later It was frozen again. There after I had to make another call to ABSA AGAIN, She had promised all will be fine in the future. My documents has been handed in on the 04th Jan 2013 and when I went today 22 JAN 2013 to make payments it has been frozen again... I was advised by the ABSA in DAVENPORT no documents has been handed in therefore my account has been frozen.

I am a business person, how will I run my business if I DON'T HAVE A OPERATING BANK ACCOUNT! HOW WILL PAYMENTS BE MADE

WILL ABSA PAYMENT FOR MY TIME I AM OUT OF BUSINESS!
