FICA nightmare

In August last year ABSA requested FICA documents for my account. I handed these in at Menlyn branch shortly afterwards. Three months later I received an SMS from them that my account will be frozen if I don't take my FICA documentation to the nearest branch. I handed in the papers in at the Grove branch in November but received the same SMS again. I again handed in the papers in December and again got the SMS. Tired of this nonsense I called Philemon from Menlyn branch. He had to double-check with head office. Later the same day he called back and said all FICA requirements are met for my account and nothing is wrong. Earlier in January 2013 I received the SMS again, threatening to freeze my account on the 15th. I am all out of ideas! How can you make ABSA do their jobs?
