On the 01/11/13 i called 111 and was told i need to call the cancellation dept to cancel a contract. After holding on for 25 min i got through to ayanda. she was so rude and had no manners when she spoke to me.i told her i want to cancel contract. She told me contract will be cancelled. 01/12/13 ...
