I DID A MANUAL APPLICATION ON 15/11/2013 WHICH WAS APPROVED IMMEDIATELY. ON 19/11 I RECEIVED A SMS STATING THE HANDSET IS ON BACKORDER. ON 27/11 I RECEIVED THE EXACT SAME SMS STATING THE PHONE IS ON BACK ORDER. I TRIED TO CALL THE FNB CALL CENTRE AND FAILED AS I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 45MINS SEVERAL ...
