I am disgusted with the service received from Mango, i booked for a ticket from DBN to JHB on the 4th November and mango double charged me, and have not yet refunded me. I phone them everyday, requesting my refund, and have requested to speak to a Manager and non of the staff with put me through to any managers.
The service from this company is utterly pathetic, and i will never use them again
