I was double charged by Mango when I went to pay for my ticket at Money market at Checkers. Now when I ask for a refund they say Checkers has not paid them. We (me and the checkers manager) called Mango while I was at checkers and the Mango consultant said the money was reversed and I had to pay again.
Mango wont pay me back after they agreed I had been double charged.
This is not the type of service I expect from any business. I am a customer and should be treated as such.
