Booking with Unscrupulous companies

Mozambique Travel (MT) on their website state: "We combine service excellence & experience" "We strive to make the experience with us, consistent, informative &; honest. "We have experienced first- hand the products we sell". "We will assist you... SECURE IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THAT YOUR EXPECTATIONS WILL BE MET.Well our expectations were far from met & WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. We requested peaceful & relaxing family suitable locations but were booked into the very noisy White Sands (NEVER been visited by the MT prior to our stay) & Mystic Blue Bay Lodge which didn't exist (was actually called Billfish Lodge) MT had placed & paid for our booking with someone who didn't run the establishment & who never placed a booking. We sent a report as requested In Jan 2013 stating our grievances & solutions but MT have then ducked and dived "We need to wait for our owner Kevin Record to return from Mozambique", "You actually, need to speak to our financial manager Jacqueline Harwick" who then advised us she is not "allowed" to speak to us, then we are informed by Bev Weber on Fri26 April that our file has been ARCHIVED & they have to pay to retrieve it???
