I have sent two emails to [Email Removed] but I have not received any feedback. I made a booking from Cpt to Dbn and Dbn to Cpt, depart in December 2012 and return 4 January 2013.

I received a free ticket from a friend to go to Dbn and therefore asked to postpone by Cpt Dbn flight to later in the year, I only had to pay R148 for the change and whatever extra if there was a difference in price. The problem was that eventhough I was still taking the Dbn to Cpt flight on the same date I booked for a month ago I was now being charged R333 for changing the sequence. What has that got to do with the customer and why must they foot the bill? I don't see why I must be charged when I made my booking in advance.
