19-04-2013 bus was supposed to leave at 5:30PM to Mthatha, they only left 2 hours later and all passengers were on the bus. Without any communication they just stood there and we left at 7PM. When we got to Mont rose in the Free State they asked all passangers to be back in 15 minutes and every single passenger was in the bus exactly 15 minutes late. Again the bus didn't move for a 5 minutes. The Eastern Cape is a mountainous place and the drivers were making those turns so fast that we kept on moving in the bus at some point we woke up screaming because of the bad driving. We got to Kokstad and were asked to be back after 15 minutes and again all passangers were back in 10 minutes. We spend an extra 15 minutes just sitting there without the bus moving and with no communication. Now this means our trip was delayed two and a half ours and with no communication. When we approaching our destination we asked the hostess to please stop at the caltex garage as we were late and would be able to get to the fucntion quicker from this particular petrol garage. Turns out half of the bus wanted the same thing. They flatly refused too and gave us such bad attitudes. They were not even apologetic
