We requested luxury bus to transport people from Gauteng to Limpopo. Our contact person was Somdoda, who advised us that we will receive the service irrespective of the strike. Service was not provided and we requested refund on the 19th of April. He then told us to speak to Mafika. Till todate, I haven't even received my refund. Emailed Mafika again on the 23th and he told me that they busy handling my account like any other clients of theirs. I feel like this matter is not being handled appropriately and would like some intervention. This was the first time doing business with Prasa and where I stand, this is my last time because I cannot tolerate such a company with staff members that are not being honest and don't keep their clients informed of what is happening. I always have to call to find out about my status.
