Procrastinates with bookings

I have e-mailed Ms. Meloni concerning a booking for the 21st of April on Tuesday the 2nd of April. She replied and notified me that there is space available for the 21st of April. I them sent her an e-mail back, confirming the booking for the 21st. On Thursday the 4th of April, 2 days later, she replies and says that she then only processed the booking and there are no space available for the 21st anymore. I don't understand it. Why take 2 days to make the booking and then by that time there is no more space available? It is the first and last time I will make a booking with Shozoloza Meyl.
